The location, and the ease of the staff on check in.
The furnishings and fitments, in particular the kitchenette were more than adequate. Very comfortable. A new Luxury definition

We liked the hotel in general.
The rooms are clean and tidy, staff is polite and fairly responsive. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown San Jose del Cabo.

Design. Special atmosphere. Rooms are spacious.
Bed excellent whatever purpose you need it. Staff is very polite and helpful yet very Spanish.
